Mink Street Sun Self Storage is located near Walmart off Exit 1 on 195 at 65 Mink St (114A) between Rt 6 and Rt 114 near the Massachusetts/Rhode Island line. We are between RTE 6 and the Mobil Station on Wampanoag Trail near Lemon and Oil Deli and Catering.

Our office hours are 9 am – 5 pm Monday through Friday and 9am – 4pm on Saturdays. Units are available to rent online anytime.

How do I move out or end my lease?

We appreciate heads up if you know you will be moving out. Please Make sure your balance is paid as all rent and fees must be paid through your final day of occupancy.

We offer easy month-to-month storage unit leases. As long as you leave the storage unit broom-swept, unlocked and empty and notify us that you have moved out by the end of the month, there is no additional charge. Your individual unit lock is yours to keep.
