Place the cart lengthwise and put up the safety chain. Make sure the moving cart cannot roll out of position during lift operation. No human riders in the lift- they are just for belongings.

What’s the difference between indoor and outdoor storage?

Our outdoor storage unit provide easy drive-up access. We recommend storing items you would leave in your garage in an drive-up storage unit. For belongings that benefit from temperature and humidity controlled-environemnt, we recommend our climate-controlled storage units. These are accesses on the interior of the two-story buildings. That way we can keep these storage units between 55-80 degrees. Both types of storage units are individually locked. The climate-controlled units have the added security benefit of keypad entry on the main building doors. We recommend the heavy steel 8’ x 20’shipping containers (Conex boxes) for customers who intend to access their storage at least weekly to keep an eye on condensation levels. This works well for our local contractors who appreciate backing their trucks right up to the storage containers.
